If we experience high order volume, processing may take an extra 1–2 days.

We currently ship to:
- All of Denmark
- EU countries (optional – remove if not needed)
For international shipping outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Within Denmark: 2–5 business days
- Within EU (if applicable): 5–10 business days
Please note: delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.

- Package weight/size
- Courier rates

6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6.2 Failed Delivery / Missing Package
If the courier marks your item as “delivered” but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors
- Contact your local courier office

We will do our best to assist you.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the item and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours at faridsherzad@hotmail.com
We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Returns Policy.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or charges.
- These costs are not included in our shipping fee.
