Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from {soricocykler.dk}. If you are not happy with your order, our returns and refund policy is outlined below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be in the original packaging
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines, newspapers)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
4. Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.
5. Partial Refunds

6. Refund Process

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

8. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
9. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

10. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
